The company is managed by Mr Julius Matlhagela, a Motswana who has extensive knowledge in office equipment hardware and security systems accompanied with vast business experience. Having had a long working career of being employed he decided to apply his entrepreneurial skills learnt in corporate business. By taking the best of business practices and applying them and moving from having a mind-set of job seeking, to using the business experience to be an employer who creates opportunities for locals to grow and be up-skilled, he contributes to the Botswana government intentions for economic diversification.

Mr Matlhagela has hands on experience of the corporate world, since he worked for international companies like G4S Botswana as the Technical Manager and Nashua Botswana under Barloworld Botswana as the Service Manager.

Synchronised Office Automation and Security Solutions (Pty) Ltd are newly established companies with young dynamic staff who wish to delight customers with a fresh approach to business, while applying good business practices and support of seasoned part-time professionals in the fields of finance, audit, supply chain, office automation and security
